Contingent legal fee for personal injury cases: one-third (gross), by settlement.
Basic Legal Fees: Criminal/Traffic: $1,000.00:
- Driving While Intoxicated
- Driving Suspended/Revoked
- Reckless Driving & Speeding
- Failure to Yield with accident resulting
- Possession of marijuana.
- Criminal Misdemeanor
(Felony defense begins @ $5,000.00 per charge)
Preparation of Estate Documents
Simple Will with Advanced Medical Directive and Durable Power of Attorney: $1,000.00
Features of our Small Business Retainer Package of Legal Services:
- Prepare Articles of Incorporation.
- Review your current Articles, By-Laws and Records to ensure your compliance with the law.
- Review contract forms to make sure that they work to your company's advantage.
- Provide up to an hour per month of consultation on any business related matter.
- Provide consultation on non-business related matters for you, your family, your employees and their families, up to 1/2 hour every six months.
- Provide non-consultive legal services at greatly reduced rates.
- Pursue collection cases at reduced rates.
- Advise you of changes in the law that might affect your business.
- Provide timely reminders of your legal obligations.
- Serve as both registered agent and office for corporations.
- Direct you to sources of help for non-legal questions and issues.
- Offer you reduced rates for legal defense, if needed.
