Attorney Silverman is a frequent guest lecturer and consultant on corporate legal matters all over the United States.

He accepts cases involving nursing home neglect and wrongful death,  personal injury, automobile accidents, small business formation, contracts, criminal law, driving while intoxicated, traffic violations, elder law, and wills.

Admitted to the Virginia Bar in 1980; as well as the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Virginia, U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit and U.S. Court of Milliary Appeals.

Received a B.A. in 1968 from the University of Northern Colorado and Juris Doctor in 1978 from George Mason University, School of Law.

Mr. Silverman regularly advises small businesses.
